Is this a fake 3D tour?
No, and it never will be. These are cinematic visualisations built from the real photographs of the real property. Nothing is invented, redecorated or staged into a measured 3D model. What a viewer sees is the actual space, shown at its best.
I run short-lets. Does this go on Airbnb?
Airbnb does not show host video on listings, so the walkthrough lives where video actually converts: your own direct-booking website, Vrbo, and your Instagram or TikTok. That is the point. It pulls guests to book with you directly, where you keep the full rate instead of handing over a platform fee.
Why does a six bed cost more than a flat?
Because it is three times the work. Every room gets covered, so a six bed HMO is roughly three times the clips of a two bed flat, and the price follows the room count rather than a flat fee that would quietly overcharge small flats and undercharge big houses. The margin is the same at every size, which is why the bands are published rather than quoted case by case.
What do you need from me?
Just a link to the live listing, or the photo gallery you already have. The better the source photos, the better the walkthrough, though ordinary listing photos are exactly what this is designed for.
How fast is the turnaround?
Far quicker than arranging a videographer, because there is no shoot to schedule. Send a property and the walkthrough comes back to you promptly, ready to post.
What format do I get back?
A landscape (16:9) video built for the property portals, booking sites and listings. It can also be cut vertical for Reels, TikTok and stories, just ask. Delivered silent so you can add your own music if you want.
